General support information

When reporting an issue, be sure to include the following files with your report.

output_log.txt - Located in the "LoA_Data" folder in your installation root folder.
dxdiag.txt - Press the windows button, write "run" in the search field and start "run" up. Write "dxdiag" and press "ok".
Now you should see "DirectX Diagnostic Tool". Press the "Save All Information" button to save out a dxdiag.txt

If reporting a crash
error.log - Located in a folder named today's date and time of crash, located in your installation root folder.

How to find the root folder of the game when playing on steam
Open up "Library"
Select "Legends of Aethereus"
Right click and choose "Properties"
Click on the tab "Local Files"
Click on the button "Browse local files"

Mac OsX
Player.log will be find in ~/Libary/Unity/Player.log (same as output_log.txt)

/home/[username]/.config/unity3d/Threegates/Legends of Aethereus/Player.log (same as output_log.txt)
