Issues with Purchase

LoA Fans,

It has come to our attention that some customers that have purchased the full version of Legends of Aethereus have received the beta version and corresponding keys do to a technical issue within our automated distribution system.

We apologize for any difficulties and want to assure our loyal customers that we will remedy the situation shortly and make sure they get the proper game version, keys and all the information they need to fix any challenges that might arise.

i can't follow anymore i'm afriad. Is there a new updated release client available for everyone that pre ordered/bought LoA through Threegates or GMG?

Hi :) i purchased the game but when i try to insert my beta key didn't work. How to retrieve my new code?......Sorry for bad english:)

Yup, I've managed to download the release version of the game but I still only have my Beta key and it won't work to unlock the game. I'll check back tomorrow, I really hope this is dealt with then.

Hey, Anthony...

I'm a Kickstarter... and I received the e-mail this morning containing download instructions and a key. I installed, used the key, everything seemed to go fine. However... after playing for a few minutes, I've noticed that I must have the beta client installed and running (which I shouldn't have ever had, as i didn't go that high tier wise). I don't have access to the other classes (just Inventor and Officer).

Is there something wrong on my end? Or ... I'm just rather confused.

Also, as a side note, on the first quest in the game... where you kill Krug... are you supposed to be able to pull that lever after killing Krug? Because I can't seem to do that. If I do have a beta client, however, I suppose it could be a bug that was fixed and I'm missing. ;P I just don't have the temple key yet... and I'm not sure where to find it.
